These photos are from when I took a cruise with my family—this cruise just so happened to take place right at the start of the COVID-19 outbreak—before the first case of COVID was detected in Houston (Harris County).
Being a mode of transportation known for its potential for viral outbreaks, our cruise was definitely affected. Since multiple of our destinations closed their ports as we were on our way, our ship got diverted to destinations I’d visited already.
Though the itinerary change was frustrating, the cruise was still thoroughly enjoyable.
